Junior, through the prestigious Sevilla´s School of Mechanic Engineers, has developed a quality protocol where we make, between others, the following test:

• Life test (50.000 cycles)
• Measurement test
• Thermic shock test
• Salt spray test
• Burst test, and 57 different quality tests that has been proved in our laboratory and audited by the University of Sevilla

LEAKPROOF SYSTEM

Junior uses the LEAKPROOF SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY that guarantees the long life of our products.

The high security of JUNIOR leak proof system increases the security of the gas spring which in the end creates a preference in the use of the industrial and the automotive products.

The length of stroke bedding is longer than the other systems. This system increases the
resistance against the heavy weights and banding. In case of banding the stroke may burst or oil-gas leakage may appear. The longer bedding ensures a longer life to the product.

JUNIOR bedding system is especially recommended when the place of use is under a constant vibration.

Also, computerized control ensures maximum reliability at each stage of the manufacturing process.
